Evenweek Terms of Use

Effective date: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Quelris, a sole proprietorship operated by Yoohwan Kim ("Quelris", "we", "us", "our"). Quelris is a trade name, not a separate company, so the party to these Terms is Yoohwan Kim. These Terms cover your use of the Evenweek app (the "App") and your Evenweek subscription. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

By downloading, opening or subscribing to the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. How these Terms fit with Apple's license

You get the App from Apple's App Store. Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), with Yoohwan Kim, the seller shown on the App Store, as the licensor. These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict about your license to the App, the Standard EULA controls. In all other cases, these Terms control.

2. Who can use Evenweek

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The App is offered in the United States.
  • The App is for your own personal, non-commercial records. It is not designed for clinics, pharmacies or anyone tracking other people's treatment.

3. What Evenweek is, and what it isn't

Evenweek helps you log and organize your GLP-1 treatment: doses, weight, side effects, supply, appointments and reports. Your prescriber decides your treatment. Evenweek keeps the record.

  • Not medical advice. The App, its reports, charts, reminders and alerts are for information and record-keeping only. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from a doctor, pharmacist or other licensed professional.
  • No dosing instructions. The App does not tell you what dose to take, when to change your dose, or whether to start, stop or switch a medication. Any dose, schedule or plan you enter is yours or your prescriber's.
  • Not a medical device. The App does not measure drug levels and does not detect, assess or treat any condition. Trend lines, baselines, ranges and comparisons are simple calculations from the numbers you enter or allow the App to read; they can be incomplete or wrong if the underlying entries are.
  • Label information. Where the App quotes official prescribing information (for example, missed-dose instructions or warning symptoms), it shows the revision date and source. Labels change; always follow your prescriber, your pharmacist and the current label for your medication.
  • Talk to your prescriber before making any decision about your treatment, and if you have questions about anything you see in the App.
  • Emergencies. The App does not monitor you and cannot call for help. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. You can report side effects to the FDA through MedWatch.
  • Reminders are a convenience. Reminders use iOS notifications and depend on your device settings, Focus modes, battery and other things outside our control. They may arrive late or not at all. Don't rely on the App as your only way to remember a dose or a refill.

4. Subscription

Evenweek requires an auto-renewing subscription to use its features. There is no version of the App without a subscription.

  • Plans. We offer a yearly plan and a monthly plan. The plan name, length and price (and, for the yearly plan, the price per month) are shown on the purchase screen in the App and in the App Store before you confirm. Prices are in your App Store currency and may include applicable taxes.
  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes all payments; we never see your payment details.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same length at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • How to cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the iPhone Settings app › [your name] › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. See Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds under its own policies. We can't issue refunds ourselves. To ask for one, see Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
  • Price changes. If we change a plan's price, Apple notifies subscribers as required, and where the law requires your agreement to a higher price, the subscription won't renew at that price unless you agree.
  • Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or get a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases in the App to restore an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
  • When your subscription ends. Your records stay on your iPhone. Without a subscription you can still restore a purchase, export your data as a CSV file, delete your data, read our policies and contact support. Your records are there when you subscribe again.
  • Family Sharing.

5. Your data and your device

  • Stored on your iPhone. The health information you enter is stored only in the App on your iPhone. We have no account system or cloud copy of it, and we can't see, recover or restore it. Our Privacy Policy explains what leaves your device (optional usage stats and purchase records) and your choices.
  • Backups are yours. You are responsible for keeping your own copies. The App lets you create an encrypted backup file and export CSV files and PDF reports. If your iPhone is lost or replaced, or if you delete the App or use Delete all data without a backup, your records may be gone permanently.
  • Backup passphrase. Backup files are encrypted with a passphrase you choose. We don't have it and can't reset it. If you forget it, the backup can't be opened.
  • Files you share. CSV files and PDF reports are not encrypted. Once you send a file to someone or another app, that copy is under their control and outside the App.
  • Device security. Keep your iPhone protected with a passcode. You can also turn on Face ID lock in the App's Settings.
  • Apple Health. If you allow it, the App reads weight, dietary protein and dietary water from Apple Health. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings. Apple Health is provided by Apple under Apple's terms.
  • Accuracy of entries. You are responsible for what you enter. The App's summaries and reports are only as accurate as the entries and the Apple Health data they use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
  • get around, disable or interfere with the subscription check, security features or other technical limits of the App;
  • resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the App or access to it;
  • use the App in a way that breaks any law or anyone else's rights;
  • use the App to build a competing product, or scrape or copy its content (including its medication catalog and methodology text) in bulk;
  • misrepresent reports or exports from the App as records issued by a doctor, pharmacy or other provider.

7. Third-party services and terms

The App relies on services from other companies, including Apple (App Store, payments, Apple Health, notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management) and, only if you turn on usage stats, TelemetryDeck (analytics). Your use of Apple's services is subject to Apple's terms. You must also follow any third-party terms that apply to you when using the App, such as your wireless carrier's data plan terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Links in the App to outside websites (for example, prescribing information, FDA MedWatch or Apple Support) are for convenience. We don't control those sites.

8. Our intellectual property

The App, its design, text, graphics, methodology descriptions and software belong to Yoohwan Kim (Quelris) or our licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the license described in Section 1, these Terms don't give you any rights in them. "Evenweek" and the Evenweek logo are our trademarks.

The records you enter belong to you. Because they stay on your device, we don't receive them and claim no rights in them.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Medication names and other trademarks

The App names medications by their generic names and, where helpful, by brand names, such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda® and Foundayo®. These and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the medications. Evenweek is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any other medication maker, pharmacy or health care provider.

10. Changes to the App and to these Terms

  • We may update, change or remove features of the App. If a change takes away a major feature you are paying for, you can cancel as described in Section 4 and ask Apple about a refund.
  • We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll tell you in the App before they apply to you. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the App and all content and features are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We don't promise that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or without errors, that reminders will be delivered, that calculations or quoted label information will be complete or current, or that your data will never be lost. Your use of the App and your health decisions are your own responsibility. Some states don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business reputation, arising from or related to the App or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
  • Our total liability for all claims related to the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for your Evenweek subscription in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. Some states don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling your subscription. We may suspend or end your right to use the App if you materially break these Terms. If we stop offering the App altogether, we'll try to give reasonable notice in the App so you can export your data. Sections 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15 and 16 continue to apply after these Terms end.

14. Apple

You and we acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Quelris (Yoohwan Kim) only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. Support is provided by us at evenweek@quelris.dev.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses from a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws, including in connection with the App's use of HealthKit.
  • If a third party claims that the App or your possession or use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the state where you live requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please email us at evenweek@quelris.dev so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where you live.

16. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice in the App.
  • Export. You agree to follow U.S. export control and sanctions laws when using the App.
