Evenweek Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
This policy is for residents of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, and explains how Quelris, a sole proprietorship operated by Yoohwan Kim ("Quelris", "we", "us"), handles "consumer health data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health, including information about prescription medication use and body measurements.
Our general Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use also apply.
1. Categories of consumer health data and how we use them
a) Information that stays on your iPhone. Treatment and medication details, dose logs, weight and body measurements, side effects and check-ins, nutrition, supply and refill details, appointments, reports, and your setup answers (such as treatment stage and how you pay for your medication). The app uses this information on your device to show your schedule, logs, trends, reminders and reports. We do not receive, access or keep this information. It is created and kept by you, on your device, after you agree to "Health data" in the app.
b) Usage stats (only if you turn "Usage stats" on; it is off by default). Because Evenweek is a GLP-1 app, some usage events may suggest that you are using a GLP-1 medication. These are: that you logged a dose, logged a check-in, completed a week of logs, connected Apple Health, viewed a dose-step card, set a weight range, added a prescription change, created a report, and which kind of reminder you opened. Each event comes with device and app details and a hashed random identifier (see section 3 of our Privacy Policy). No health values, medication names, doses or notes are included. Purpose: to understand and improve how the app is used.
c) Subscription records. Records that you bought or restored an Evenweek subscription, with an anonymous app user ID and device details. Purpose: to provide and restore your subscription. Because Evenweek is a GLP-1 app, a subscription record may suggest GLP-1 medication use.
We do not use consumer health data for advertising, we do not infer health conditions for marketing, and we do not use precise location or geofencing.
2. Sources
- You, when you enter information in the app.
- Apple Health, if you allow access (weight, dietary protein, dietary water). This stays on your iPhone.
- Your device, which generates usage events and technical details if you turn Usage stats on.
- Apple's App Store, for subscription purchase records.
3. Categories of consumer health data shared, and with whom
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We provide the data in 1(b) and 1(c) only to processors that handle it on our behalf under contract:
- TelemetryDeck: usage stats (1b), for analytics.
- RevenueCat, Inc.: subscription records (1c), for subscription management.
We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data.
When you export a CSV, PDF report or backup and send it somewhere, that is your own sharing, done at your direction; we don't receive the file.
4. Your consent
- Collection: the app asks for your consent to store health information on your iPhone ("Health data") before you can continue. Usage stats is a separate choice that is off until you turn it on. Turning it on is your consent to collect the usage stats described in 1(b) and to share them with our analytics processor; nothing is collected before that.
- Sharing: we don't share consumer health data beyond the processors above. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your separate consent first.
- Selling: we don't sell consumer health data. We would need your signed authorization to do so.
- New uses: we'll ask for your consent before collecting new categories of consumer health data or using it for a new purpose.
5. Your rights and how to use them
You have the right to:
- Confirm and access: ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, get a copy of it, and get a list of all third parties and affiliates we've shared it with, with their contact details. Information stored only on your iPhone is already visible in the app and can be exported as CSV.
- Withdraw consent: turn off Usage stats in Settings › Privacy (sending stops immediately; you can turn it back on later), or withdraw the Health data consent there (this erases the app's data on your iPhone).
- Delete: use Settings › Delete all data to erase the app's data on your iPhone, and email us to ask us to delete consumer health data held by our processors. We'll ask our processors to delete it too, including from backups (backup deletion may take up to six months).
How to make a request: email evenweek@quelris.dev with the subject "Consumer health data request". You don't need an account. Because we don't know users' names or emails, we may ask for information that helps us find records about you. Requests are at no charge up to twice a year.
Timing: we respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you within those 45 days and may take up to 45 more days.
Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing evenweek@quelris.dev with the subject "Appeal". We'll answer in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
