Email supportCancel your subscription
Apple handles Evenweek subscriptions, so you cancel them in your Apple account:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Evenweek, then Cancel Subscription.
You can also open your subscriptions from this iPhone, or tap Settings, then Subscription, inside Evenweek. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Canceling keeps your data on your iPhone. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests.
Delete your data
In Evenweek, open Settings and tap Delete all data. This erases everything the app stored on your iPhone and starts over. It can't be undone, so create a backup first (Settings, then Backup) if you want a copy.
You can export or delete your data at any time, with or without a subscription. Weights you read from Apple Health stay in the Health app; manage them there.
Your data stays on your iPhone
Your health records are stored on your iPhone only. Nothing is stored in iCloud or on our servers, so we can't see, restore or delete your records for you. Anonymous usage stats are off unless you turn them on, and never include health data. Read the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for details.
Questions
- How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
- In Settings, open Backup and create a backup file. Save it somewhere you trust, then restore it from the same screen on the new iPhone.
- Why is my trend different from my scale?
- Your scale shows one moment. The trend smooths out day-to-day changes from water, food and timing, so it shows the direction over days. How it works, in Settings, has the details.
- Why does a card say it needs more days?
- Some numbers need a minimum amount of data, such as weights on 4 of the last 14 days for the trend. The card shows how many more days it needs.
- How do I update my prescription?
- Open Plan and tap Change prescription. Enter only changes your prescriber gave you.
- What if I miss a dose?
- Label information, in Settings, shows what your medication's label says about missed doses. The app doesn't tell you what to do. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist if you're unsure.
- Can I hide my weight numbers?
- Yes. Turn on Hide numbers in Settings. Weights show as dots and changes as arrows. Reports leave numbers out unless you choose to include them.
- Why didn't a reminder arrive?
- Check that notifications for Evenweek are allowed in the iOS Settings app. Reminders due during quiet hours (9 PM to 8 AM unless you change them) arrive when quiet hours end.
Health notice
Evenweek is for logging and organizing. It is not a medical device. It does not give medical advice, and it does not tell you what dose to take or when to change it. Talk with your prescriber before making any medical decision.
If you have warning symptoms, call your doctor or 911. You can report side effects to FDA MedWatch.
